Plot a Newton-Raphson step

Draws the log-likelihood from newton_raphson_rasch() with its last step: the estimate the step starts from (red dot), the tangent to the log-likelihood there (blue line), the estimate the step ends at (green dot) and the triangle between the tangent and the horizontal axis, whose angle is zero at the maximum.
